When choosing the raw materials we use for production, we rely on proven sources. We cooperate with factories from different countries to be able to choose materials with the best parameters. We check the raw materials from all sides: first during production, then during printing, to ensure high quality use of the finished thread. Preparing a new thread is a multi-stage process. First, we prepare the raw materials. Then the finished product is pressed, wound on coils and packed. At each of these stages, we apply strict quality control to ensure that no contamination has entered the thread. We check the diameter of the thread with a laser micrometer, which allows us to ensure the best dimensional tolerance, which we always indicate on the package.
